Recruiter


Description of duties:


Responsible for full-cycle recruiting at all levels of the organization (Hourly Team Members through Director/VP level roles).


Owns the Applicant Tracking System and troubleshoots any issues, as well as provides best practices for the recruiting process utilizing the ATS.


Builds relationships with candidates and external recruiters to ensure SLM offers the best Total Rewards and recruiting experience to all parties.


Coordinates interviews throughout the company and ensures a smooth transition from sourcing to interviewing to offer letters.


Provides and maintains a quality of work that exceeds the candidate's expectations.


Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.


Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.


Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.


Work with Hiring Managers to ensure best practices are being followed.


Qualifications/Requirements:


5+ years of experience in Recruiting with knowledge of non-exempt role recruiting.


Professional and possesses excellent communication skills, as well as energetic and self-motivated.


Experience with HRIS, ATS, Recruitment tools is a must.


Experience with Microsoft Office.
