Job Description
Prestige Staffing Services is growing and we are seeking experienced Recruiters to join our team for fully remote opportunities! If you have experience in Skilled Trades and/or Engineering Recruiting, please submit your resume today!
We are looking for highly motivated individuals that have a passion for recruiting!
Primary Responsibilities
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Screen candidate resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
  • Source and recruit candidates
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Develop candidate pool
Requirements And Qualifications
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • 3+ years of Recruiting experience
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • BS in Human Resources Management preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, etc)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
