Recruiter - Entry Level

Location: Orange, CA

Shift: 15-20 hours a week - Mon, Tue, Wed

Pay: $18 - $20/hr

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Recruiter to join our fast growing team.Working alongside our Senior Recruiter you will be assisting with all steps of recruitment process and hiring needs. Your day to day will require high volumes of calls - screening applicants, scheduling interviews and engaging with job seekers. This is an entry-level position so full training will be provided.

What Success Looks Like:

• Working to targets and strict deadlines
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Capability to make and handle large call volume
• General reception duties – meet and greet / telephone work

What the ideal candidate looks like:

• Be pleasant with an approachable nature
• Be efficient and well organized
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal
• Good Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities within a high-pressure environment
• Be able to work with minimal supervision
