Job Description

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming impression for anyone visiting or contacting our company. You will be responsible for managing the front desk area efficiently and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations. Your excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism will contribute to our company's reputation for outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Communication: Liaise with various departments to convey important messages or requests.
  • Security: Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring the safety and security of the office space.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, managing office supplies, and maintaining a neat and organized front desk area.
  • Information Dissemination: Provide information about the company, its products/services, and directions to visitors as required.
  • Welcoming Visitors: Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answering Calls: Manage incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate department or individual, and taking messages when necessary.
  • Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, attempting to resolve them or directing them to the appropriate department.


Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle difficult situations with diplomacy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
