Receptionist Details

• Answering multi-line phone system
• Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
• $ 17.00 / hour
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 04:30pm )
• Temporary position
• Full Time work available
• Greeting and directing visitors/guests to the appropriate department.
• Retrieving voicemail

Receptionist Qualifications

• Must be able to multi-tasks
• A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire. We will consider your age at the time of the offense, when the offense occurred, the seriousness and the nature of the offense, as well as any rehabilitation to determine your employability.
• Must have strong computer skills
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
• Must have recent Receptionist/Administration experience
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
