Guest Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls and taking messages as needed.
• Promptly and professionally greet dealership clients.
• Light Clerical responsibilities.
• Provide a high level of customer service greet dealership clients as they arrive, answering questions and directing them as needed.in a courteous and professional manner.
• Replenish Cafe waiting area with beverages and snacks.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.

Receptionist Qualifications:

• Prior receptionist or hospitality experience in dealership is preferred.
• Computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Professional appearance, excellent personality, and positive attitude
• Strong work ethic with integrity beyond reproach
• Outstanding customer communication and follow-up skills
