This award is impossible to achieve without a Team that is dedicated to providing every customer with an unparalleled experience. : A Caldwell Toyota Receptionist helps guests reach the appropriate person to assist them whether inquiring about a vehicle purchase or vehicle service request. Key responsibilities include the following: (Other responsibilities may be assigned.)

• Greet guests as they enter our showroom
• Maintain the Customer Lounge: refresh magazines, check regularly for cleanliness
• Answer incoming calls and route guests to the appropriate staff to fulfill their requests
• Other Office administrative tasks as requested
