Receptionist
The Atlas Group has an immediate opportunity for a Human Resources Receptionist. The responsibilities are listed below.
Answers telephone, and directs callers to the appropriate point of contact.
Direct visitors to wait in the lobby while appropriate staff is notified
Update/maintain company phone directory
Greets incoming employees, customers, vendors and other visitors with a positive first impression of the company.
Direct employees to correct HR function, Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, etc.
Distributes incoming daily mail
Maintains I-9 files and audits and purges as required.
Assist HR Department on various tasks, copying, filing, making new hire packets
Sets up new hires in the Skyprep Training database.
Maintain confidentiality with both employees as well as vendors.
Notifies employees of schedule on daily basis.
Serves as the main contact for scheduling interviews of candidates.
Completes new hire paperwork.
Coordinates and manages the pre-employment drug test paperwork and results.
Generates company identification badges for visitors.
Monitors visitor badges to be returned.
Coordinates the Premier Foods coffee delivery / Stock and refill all conference room refrigerators.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Serve as back up to timekeeping approvals/review
Assist in New Hire Orientation

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Internet software.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:
Skills in written communication
Skills in oral communication
Experience in keyboarding
Experience in administration
Experience in general office duties
Ability to answer a telephone
Ability to multi-task
Ability to prioritize
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to maintain professionalism
Ability to be respectful and friendly
Ability to pay attention to detail.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Ability to maintain a strong work ethic
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
