Receptionist Jobs

Position Description: Local surgical group in Tooele, Utah is seeking a Receptionist to help coordinate the reception area activities. Duties include:

• Answer telephone courteously and in a quiet, pleasant voice.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain medical records according to established guidelines and requirements.
• Assist in obtaining pertinent information to register patient.
• Assist in ordering and stocking clerical supplies.
• Accept and relay messages effectively.
• Assemble patient medical record forms.
• Collect payments from patients.
• Maintains and protect patient confidentiality.
• Provide pertinent information to the patient's family in the waiting area.

Ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably at least two years of clerical experience in the medical field.
