Job Description
Complete Payroll Solutions is looking for a receptionist with excellent customer service and technical skills to join our growing team in our Chatham office. This position will be responsible for providing office and administrative support and for basic data entry in supporting payroll for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a cheerful work attitude and foster a positive team spirit in support with the overall philosophy of the company and fellow employees. This position is full time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.


Duties


  • Assist distribution team with payroll packaging and shipping
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and forwarding to the appropriate personnel
  • Coordinates the pick-up of payroll packages
  • Data entry of employee information
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, scanning and filing
  • Provide general office and administrative support as needed
  • Contact and assist clients in the process of obtaining information for payroll production
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquires
  • Provide assistance to other departments as needed


Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities


  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior payroll experience a plus!
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Have a proficient command of the English language and communicate effectively both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritize job tasks and multi task function
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally
