The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, customers, and visitors to Sweet Candy Company. They greet, assist, provide direction and information to guests of the organization both in person, and via phone/email.

Requirements


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
  • Performs other duties.
  • Process payment for retail product orders.
  • Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
  • Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
  • Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
  • Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
