MHM LAW is a growing boutique law firm specializing in Personal Injury Litigation. We are seeking a receptionist to join our fast-paced team in Dearborn, Michigan.
The proper candidate looking to excel in this position must be computer proficient, preferably familiar with Microsoft Office 365 applications and Adobe. They must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Responsibilities will include greeting, welcoming and directing clients/visitors; answering a multi-line phone system and routing calls and/or taking messages; maintaining conference rooms and kitchen area; managing supply inventory; scanning documents; opening and closing files, and other miscellaneous administrative tasks based upon demand.
