Job Description

Receptionist

Summary: CRG has launched a search for a Receptionist to join a national top-ranking homebuilding organization at their corporate office in South Charlotte. This established, family-owned company is looking for someone to be the face of the company and to help where needed. Opportunity: Contract-to-Hire

Location: South Charlotte, NC area

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Compensation: $22.00/hour


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain neat appearance of lobby, reception desk, kitchen, and conference rooms.
  • Answer all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update company website with marketing material/pictures.
  • Route calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Retrieve and distribute messages from general delivery voicemail.
  • Receive and distribute all incoming mail and post all outgoing mail, replenishing postage meter when funds are low.
  • Greet and announce office visitors.

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
