Distribute and collect customer satisfaction feedback from clients. Maintain a tidy and organized waiting room. - [Schedule appointments for clients in the centralized appointment system and calls clients daily to confirm appointments. Ensure all clients receiving services have had a financial and intake interview and that their necessary paperwork is complete.
