Tanner Clinic has an immediate opening for a Receptionist.

Location: East Layton, Utah

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:40am-5pm

Expectation For Success

• Basic computer knowledge
• Demonstrate confidence in handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism during a variety of situations
• Be willing to learn and adapt to the changing needs of the clinic
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish immediate rapport with patients, physicians and staff

Responsibilities

• Gather patient and insurance information efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality
• Answer telephones, screen calls, take messages, and provide information to the appropriate source.
• Collect co-pay amounts from the patient at the time of service.
• This position is eligible for grant money to use towards paying for Medical Assisting program at OTech*
• Greet patients in a warm, friendly, and prompt manner.
