Why this role is so Special…

The Green Academy is a Logistics Trainee Program designed to Develop and Empower recent graduates interested in perusing a career in international logistics.

What you will be doing….

The Green Academy focuses on skill development opportunities across Green Worldwide Shipping’s business segments. The two-year rotational program is designed to expose participants to all our departments and provide an invaluable chance to see the business from all angles and to make an impact in each. Training will be delivered both on the job and in a structured environment with your peers. The training program will be augmented with field trips, group projects, mentorship, and personal development opportunities. After completing their rotational programs Trainees will be well equipped to move into a logistics position and enjoy the benefits of seeing “the big picture” and networking with people throughout the business.
