Summary

This position is located at Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, OFFICE OF MINORITY AND WOMEN INCLUSION. The incumbent works in partnership with the Reasonable Accommodation Program Manager to provide seamless support in the planning and operations of the reasonable accommodation program.

Responsibilities

The following are the duties of this position at the CN-52, broadly equivalent to the GS-12. If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties and will receive training to help you grow in this position.

  • Assist with all Personal Assistant Services (PAS) requests and the acquisition of selected PAS accommodation by tracking, managing and reporting on PAS case request and statuses.
  • Develop and maintains resources for accommodations and keeps current on latest available equipment and services. Manage the reasonable accommodations asset management process, and the tracking and reporting of all reasonable accommodations' assets.
  • Manage reasonable accommodation caseloads including but not limited to scheduling and tracking the interactive process for employees and managers, create program reports and entering case related information in the appropriate tracking system.
  • Serve as an alternate to the Reasonable Accommodation Program Manager and advisor for managers and other program areas with respect to accommodations required under the law. Contribute to the accomplishment of both short- and long-term program goals.
