Overview The Reasonable Accommodation Partner is responsible for providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This position works closely with the Human Resources department to ensure that all reasonable accommodations are provided in a timely and effective manner. Detailed Job Description The Reasonable Accommodation Partner is responsible for providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This position works closely with the Human Resources department to ensure that all reasonable accommodations are provided in a timely and effective manner. The Reasonable Accommodation Partner is also responsible for providing guidance and support to managers and employees regarding reasonable accommodations. This position will also be responsible for researching and developing new reasonable accommodation solutions and strategies. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to reasonable accommodations
• Ability to effectively communicate with individuals with disabilities
• Ability to develop and implement reasonable accommodation solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively with Human Resources and other departments
• Ability to research and develop new reasonable accommodation solutions
• Ability to provide guidance and support to managers and employees
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a Human Resources or related field
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to reasonable accommodations
• Ability to effectively communicate with individuals with disabilities
• Ability to develop and implement reasonable accommodation solutions
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to reasonable accommodations
• Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
• Knowledge of disability management and reasonable accommodation processes
• Knowledge of best practices for providing reasonable accommodations
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in a Human Resources or related field
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Experience developing and implementing reasonable accommodation solutions
