Real Estate Manager - Retail Leasing - Virtual/Remote

Responsible for market analyses, site selection, and lease negotiations for new store locations. The position interfaces with landlords, developers, other real estate professionals, store operations, and senior management. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications -Summary of knowledge, experience and education required. Travel 3 to 10 years of experience in a fast-paced retail real estate leasing Computer skills - excel, word, internet Customer service oriented Able to work independently and highly organized Culture Benefits: A reasonable estimate and range for this position is $90,000-$115,000 base + bonus + significant annual stock awarded (depending on experience) Medical/Dental/Vision options after 60 days of employment

• Primary responsibilities are listed in order of importance Develop and implement market strategies in geographic regions to ensure that the company is the market leader Analyze demographics and sales forecasts to ensure viable market entries that will meet the Company’s return on investment requirements Identify potential sites for new stores, relocations, and expansions. Prepare and present those sites to the Real Estate Committee and Senior Management for approval Prepare and fully negotiate a letter of intent and LL work letters Work with store development, construction, and legal to ensure the timely opening of projects in the geographic region Track existing competition growth strategies and provide recommendations for the company based on competitive strategies Develop and maintain relationships with the real estate community, developers, retailers, and brokers; including attending local ICSC events where required Provide recommendations and analysis for all lease renewals within the respective regions
