Qualifications
Your schedule flexibility allows you to work within designated time frames, including occasional weekends.
Experience in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and spreadsheets is a plus.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and follow-up abilities are a must.
Your enthusiasm and exceptional people skills make you stand out from the crowd.
You excel at working independently, even for extended periods.
Great phone communication skills and the ability to set appointments over the phone are essential.
Familiarity with real estate-related CRM and marketing/lead technologies is advantageous.
Your problem-solving skills, coupled with a solution-oriented approach, make you a valuable asset.
An understanding of the real estate market adds value to your profile.
Making 100 outbound calls daily is second nature to you.
