WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Accountable for adherence to quality and regulatory standards in assigned areas
  • Responsible for managing various processes for product quality within the manufacturing environment that support the Company's vision and mission.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, be a resource for direct reports and exhibit leadership skills to maximize productivity, equipment utilization and overall efficiency.
  • Apply standard quality, auditing, and/or IWS concepts and techniques
  • Design tests, analyze data, and summarize findings for equipment/processes in areas of responsibility
  • Manage Product Quality Testers who perform quality inspections to meet quality requirements.
  • Manage rework processes and employees

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Quality systems skills, root cause analysis knowledge
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and basic skills in MS Office computer applications; Or Associate Degree in Technical or related field and relevant work experience; Or BS Degree with relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in Quality Control, sampling and/ or testing
  • Computer skills using Process Control System (i.e., Ignition) and MS Office products (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Expert in Quality Management Systems preferred
  • Previous experience working in a supervisory role strongly preferred
  • Complaint investigation skills
  • Strong Quality background (sampling, testing, calibration, qualification, validation) or technical background with problem-solving skills and effectively able to manage the recommended continuous improvements.


BENEFICIAL

  • Experience in an FDA regulated work environment.

SALARY AND BENEFITS OVERVIEW

Wage Information

  • Annual Salary: Minimum: $70,700; Maximum: $104,000
  • Bonus Target: 10 percent
