Responsibilities : The Quality Supervisor is responsible for supervising, developing and leading the Inspection Department staff. This position also manages internal quality-related processes and ultimately improve/ensure customer satisfaction and success which includes coordinating activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost goals.

Core Responsibilities of our Quality Supervisor:

• Role reports to the Director of Quality
• Experience with quality management systems strongly desired
• Ability to lead, inspire and encourage quality team members to perform at their best
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of both education and experience
• Communicate a sense of urgency to solve quality issues
• Responsible for the quality of all products made in our Princeton, KY facility
• Supervise Quality inspectors, final auditors, teardown inspection team, and materials lab technicians across all shifts
• Partner with Operations leadership to ensure quality goals are met

• Quality experience desired
• CQE certification from ASQ desired
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team in a positive way
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year college or technical school and 5 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of relevant experience and training, or an equivalent combination of both education and experience
• Knowledge and experience with basic inspection tools and methods strongly desired
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency required
• Manufacturing environment experience required
• Supervisory experience desired
