Remote, US
ICF is growing and we’re currently hiring a Quality Measures Lead to join our new and exciting opportunity serving the Hospital Quality Reporting Programs for our federal client.
Our agile team is responsible for the review and publication of quality measures on a federal public website, review new, modified and retired measures for corresponding changes needed, business requirements and user stories for production of hospital ratings. Additionally, we are responsible for the communication and coordination of data received from various federal data providers and publishing it on the website. We work with several federal agencies and their contractors to ensure data which is publicly reported is accurate and published within the established guidelines, project plan and roadmap.
Our Quality Measures Lead is responsible for coordinating with data providers to complete new measure templates, which outline the content and data layout of any new measures publicly reported on the website. New measure templates are collected and submitted to the client according to the timeline and in accordance with their respective intake/ticket process. The QM Lead will also be responsible for working with the Data Governance Teams on multiple governance related activities including creating suppression files by appropriately applying the approved suppression request. The QM Lead is also responsible for responding to Helpdesk inquiries related to quality measures on the website and other channels.
Key Responsibilities/Job Duties
  • Respond to Helpdesk inquiries related to quality measures on the website.
  • Experience with html, csv, json and other data management mediums, such as reviewing content and providing feedback on corrections to be made to the data.
  • Submit new measure templates to the client and content managers for publication.
  • Perform QA on files containing quality measure data.
  • Support the Program Manager to develop the overall timeline and roadmap.
  • Work with the Data Governance Led to develop acceptable quality metrics, testing plans and resolution of file errors.
  • Coordinate with Hospital Quality Reporting data providers to complete new measure templates (html, csv, json) by providing insight on the file format.

  • Collect measure suppression requests and work with the Data Governance Team to create a suppression file.

Required Qualifications
  • 5 years’ experience with quality measure development
  • Master’s degree in nursing or healthcare Informatics and 10 years’ experience in healthcare IT
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Scrum Framework, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience a plus.
  • Experience developing, managing and evaluating quality measures for federal or private payer programs.
  • Experience with Hospital Star Ratings
  • Experience working with federal agencies such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Veteran’s Administration (VA) and Department of Defense (DoD) experience a plus.
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience with Hospital Quality Reporting programs and related quality measures

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$90,940.00 - $154,598.00
