• Monitor and record department KPI's and Metrics
• Lead Customer Interactions and field customer complaints
• Oversee Quality deparment of 20, including 6 direct reports
• Experience with Product and Process Validations: IQ, PQ, OQ
• Lead Root Cause investigations and Corrective and Preventative actions
• Front room audit expereince
• Own ISO 13485 QMS

The Successful Applicant

• Experience interfacing with customers
• Experience communicating with other departments and working Cross functionally
• ISO 13485 experience
• Experience tracking and recording KPI data
• Experience lead root cause investigations
• Leading CAPA initiatives
• Familiar with Validations
• Excellent communication both verbal and written
