| Your challenges?

As a Quality Lead you will:

• Prepare daily activity reports.
• Provide status reports on project progress to Project Management staff. Attend Project meetings.
• Review technical submittals for compliance.
• Manage Quality issues with Inspectors and site leads.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
• Prepare 2-week Inspector Schedule.
• Review Inspector Daily reports and preps for submission.
• Monitor and inspects site work.
• Frequently interface with other project groups as required.
• Require working at client’s multiple site locations.
• Prepare and issue specifications documents as required.
• Visit sites at different times of the day and night to perform review of work and activities.
• Able to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Supervise Site Inspectors.
• Available to cover shifts in short notice.

| What do we expect from you?

• Requires 8 to 15 plus years’ experience in communication construction and engineering, installation, and trouble shooting.
• Requires proficient PC skills including software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Able to read and understand specifications, blueprints, and understand requirements.
• Requires good leadership and client relationship skills.
