Job Description

The Quality Lead is responsible for conducting quality control activities such as inspections and reporting within the assigned organization.


Responsibilities

  • Verify the stability of results over time, as applicable
  • Have knowledge of measurement equipment.
  • Supervise and train staff in processes and best practices.
  • Document the results of inspections and tests using the designated business system, following applicable procedures and test plans.
  • Guarantee quality compliance of the purchased and manufactured products.
  • Ensure good housekeeping within work area.
  • Conduct tests and inspect documentation, parts and components, materials, subassemblies and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and standard work instructions.
  • Ensure adequate documented quality processes and procedures in place.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience as a quality
  • Strong experience in manufacturing quality, supply quality assurance, supplier product quality development
  • Managerial/Supervisory experience, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing Quality Engineering processes and operations, experience with problem-solving tools, and Quality Standards
