Job Description
Role: Quality Control Assistant


Location: Yorkshire


Salary: Up to 24K


Lavandi Talent is currently working with a Fantastic Beauty Business who are looking for a skilled recent science graduate to join their team!


Key Responsibilities


  • Monitoring and checking goods in.
  • Testing product for pH , viscosity, Odour , colour, appearance
  • Creating Certificates of Analysis
  • Send samples externally for Micro testing
  • Calibration checks of equipment.
  • Booking in Chemicals


The Ideal Candidate


  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent organisation, time management & problem-solving skills
  • Ideally degree qualified, or equivalent, in Chemistry or Science, preferably Cosmetic Science, or equivalent.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, with strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work unsupervised, using their own initiative, with a passion for cosmetics.
