The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and is located in Jonesboro, Arkansas. As a Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing product in compliance with our quality standards. This includes researching quality errors and documenting in report form.
Your responsibilities
- Quality: The job may include regular quality testing as part of a defined production process. Skill set required depends on type of products and level of complexity. Typically, a highly skilled worker
- Organization: Responsible for the proper operation and daily maintenance of equipment in use. Maintains safe working attitude and environment in the performance of daily activities
- Execution: Executes the assigned work per agreed work flows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines
- Health & safety: Conducts shop floor operations in compliance with health & safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance
- Perform other duties/projects as required
- Materials and output: Ensures availability of required materials to execute the assigned work per work flow.
Your background
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
- Past ISO auditing experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior experience in quality and continuous improvement tools and techniques
- Detailed and team oriented
- LX system knowledge
- Associates degree
- Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
