Quality Assurance Specialist, Artificial Intelligence

We are excited to add a highly motivated full-time Quality Assurance Specialist, AI, to our team. This role is key to ensuring the delivery of successful and trained AI solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and training the AIVA™ (Artificial Intelligence Virtual Assistant) solution, providing feedback to project and product management, and ensuring successful implementations and/or deployments. This includes creating training plans, feedback guides, recommendations for improvement, and training the product.

This is an entry level remote position. We are looking for a candidate who lives in or near Florissant, MO, or nearby cities. The individual should be working to expect to sit for long periods of time, remain focused on tasks that can be redundant but also impactful to the organization’s overall mission. Applicants should be prepared to communicate both electronically and verbally with other team members and feel confident in the utilization of electronic software.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality product and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Communicate quality issues and findings to the appropriate department.
• Participate in the testing and validation of new products and processes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality inspections and tests.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and processes.

Position Requirements:

• Flexible Hours (8AM-6PM).

• High school diploma experience with Microsoft Windows experience.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions.
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Quality Assurance Hospitality or Healthcare Experience.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Critical Thinking.
• Aptitude for learning new systems.
• Other admin duties as assigned.
