Start your career as a full-time Quality Assurance (QA) and Training Specialist at ABC-Amega, Inc.! This position is fully remote. Interviewing, training, and working will be conducted remotely in your home. ABC-Amega also as a corporate office in Buffalo, NY that employees are welcome to work in on occasion.
While in the QA and Training Specialist position, you will complete call, transaction, and account reviews, monitor productivity of our collection employees, and ensure consistency in quality standards. You will also have the opportunity to identify training needs, aide in the development of training tools and materials, as well as support and facilitate training classes.
QA and Training Specialists also document and maintain all processes and procedures, provide guidance to collection employees, and work in various monitoring systems.

- Bachelor Degree OR 2-4 years equivalent experience in a service based role
