What You Will Do?

The Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) in Assisted Living assists the licensed and nursing staff by performing routine customer service and nursing care tasks appropriate for delegation to a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA).

What It Takes To Succeed?

  • Be passionate for providing the best care to the residents we serve.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, changing work environment.
  • Currently licensed with the Indiana State CNA Registry as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA).
  • Live our Extraordinary Impressions Values.
  • Practical knowledge of CNA and QMA duties and ability to assist Residents in Activities of Daily Living.
  • Graduate of a state approved QMA Training Program, with passed QMA exam as designated by the State Board of Health.
