Job Description

Job Summary

  • Assist with the preparation of documentation packages, data collection and report preparation.
  • Maintain documents and records according to procedures and work instructions. Maintain material traceability.
  • Monitor and provide assistance with quality assurance/control functions as they relate to product manufacturing
  • Interface with suppliers/vendors/customers to resolve quality issues that arise.
  • Assist in coordinating and implementing the quality management and quality improvement programs within the company.
  • Perform various other duties and activities within the physical constraints of the job.
  • Assist in conducting Quality System audits, and corrective action requests for internal quality and supplier audits.
  • Conduct incoming material inspections and maintain material traceability
  • Issue and maintain the Cameron NCR System in SAP
  • Review product documentation packages for plant shipments in accordance with customer and industry requirements.

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of ASTMs, ASME & API specifications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in reading and understanding engineered drawings, P&ID and blueprints
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Well organized with strong attention-to-detail
  • Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read job and material specifications, quality plans and define quality requirements, documentation requirements, etc
