Position: QC Deviation Investigator III

Location: Houston, TX 77047 (Onsite)

Duration: 6 months with possible extension

As a Technical Writer III - Deviation Investigator/Initiator Level III, you will play a pivotal role in the identification and investigation of Minor, Major, or Critical process deviations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading as the representative during audits and client meetings
• Demonstrating proficiency with RCA (Root Cause Analysis) tools
• Initiating and conducting thorough investigations to identify root causes
• Utilizing your experience with Investigation/Deviation and Biotech, preferably in MFG/QC
• Assessing Product Quality Impact (PQI) and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in daily management meetings

Requirements:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in RCA tools (Root Cause Analysis)
