This is a full-time role that can be based in Saint Louis, MO, but will also consider remote based in the US.
About The Role
As the QA Team Lead at Invisibly, you'll be responsible for the planning, design, development, and execution of manual test suites for Invisibly. You'll work collaboratively with members of the product & engineering teams to create smoke, regression & feature test suites, and plan for automated solutions to execute and validate against every build.
Responsibilities

• Triage product feedback to create tickets for engineering with necessary reproduction steps and to investigate as necessary to determine if such steps can be identified.
• Competently able to decipher what should or should not be a bug ticket or should be identified as regression bugs and handled accordingly.
• Work closely with cross-functional peers to develop manual test suites for existing & new features.
• Plan for end to end test automation wherever possible.
• Perform testing workload across multiple concurrent projects with different sprint cycles and release deadlines
• Own the quality of features and lead test efforts for one or multiple product areas.
• Help plan releases and work with Engineers & Product Managers to certify a release and investigate issues in the production environment.
• Validate production releases in timely fashion.
• Participate in requirements review, design review, sprint planning & grooming sessions.
• Review PRDs, functional and design specifications and prepare test plans
• Actively supplement offshore QA to better assist the velocity of onshore development, especially to prepare for pending releases.
• Define the best QA process which fits the cross-functional and hybrid onshore-offshore team

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and implement QA standards and best practices.
• Ability to quickly learn and become proficient with complex applications.
• Experience testing backend API's and user facing features.
• Liaison with Product teams & Engineering teams.
• Create clear, concise detail oriented test suites.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
• 1-2 years of experience working with both onshore and offshore engineering and QA teams.
• 3-4 years experience testing consumer facing mobile applications (in the app-store) both Android and iOS.
• Ability to understand and create test suites from specifications or test cases.
• 1-2 years of experience with automating end to end mobile test solution using a service to be able to test against a myriad of devices.
• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development environment.

Nice to have:
Experience in code/scripting language such as Python or Ruby or JavaScript/Typescript
