Description & Requirements
Essential Functions

• Perform repetitive tasks to include lifting- bending- stooping- climbing- and standing for prolonged periods of time; able to lift 50 lbs.
• Controls labor costs while maintaining established crewing standards.
• Assist in the coordination of the team environment.
• Learn Standard Cleaning Methods and assist with scheduled plant cleanups by utilizing cleaning supplies- including the dispense of chemicals for daily use.
• Assure compliance with all safety policies.
• Achieve productivity standards by maintaining or exceeding line standards.
• Promote ongoing safety awareness in the department.
• Control product loss from product/process failures.
• Direct and assist job training for new employees- part-time employees and temps.
• Ensure completion and adherence to quality checks and GMPs.
• Inspect product for quality integrity and make adjustments accordingly and communicate to appropriate personnel.
• Communicate information between work groups and keep open communication with line personnel
