Job Introduction: Summary:Job Summary: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Process invoices within your queue; - Analyze accounts and use proper CPT codes and correct rates; - Ensure accuracy in charges as well as payments to providers; and - Other duties as assigned. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: - Knowledge of CPT codes; - Ability to work independently; - Attention to detail; and - Basic math skills. Minimum Qualifications: - High School Diploma required Education and Experience Requirements:

• Preferred Windows or Mac (no Chromebooks)
• OS for Mac – Big Sur (11.0.1+); Catalina (10.15); MacOS (up to 12.5) or newer
• USB plug and play wired headset with a microphone and noise suppression
• Private work area and adequate power source
• Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net)
• OS for Windows – Windows 10 or newer
• Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router
• A second monitor is highly recommended for most positions
