CereCore is seeking a Purchasing Analyst to join our team ONSITE in Brentwood, TN. This individual will work for the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.

Summary

The Purchasing Analyst assists in the establishment of goals and priorities in the overall IT procurement process for Physician Services and ITG enterprise wide.

Responsibilities:

• Quoting and tracking of purchase requests from submission through deployment and invoice payment
• Maintaining of inventory records
• Assists and trains other Purchasing and Asset Management personnel
• Oversight, review and processing of all PSG and Urgent Care procurement requests
• Provides budgetary quotes to match assumptions around volume and hardware needs ensuring supply and stock for wave deployments
• Interface with PSG and Corporate Purchasing on all ITG Capital Purchases
• Maintaining vendor relations
• Responsible for asset management and software licensing issues
• Provide enterprise endpoint security guidance and ensure all PSG devices meet HCA security standards
• Divestiture Asset recovery and accounting for re-allocation or decommissioning

Position Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
• Strong people management skills, personal drive, and the ability to see strategy through to execution in a matrix-reporting environment.
• 3+ years related experience
