Job Title:Provider Services Representative

Location: 100% Remote/ Work from Home

Term: 06+ Months (Possible Extension)

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Job Duties:

·The main purpose of this role is to reschedule all canceled appointments either by patient are provider.

·Strategize, coordinate, create and execute Provider schedules efficiently and effectively.

·The Candidate must be comfortable making 200+ outbound calls a day and working in an independent environment.

Duties and Responsibilities-

·Reschedule all appointments canceled either by patient are provider.

·Establish concierge level relationships with assigned providers.

·Work with providers to understand their preferences (e.g. availability, territory, etc.) and balance with the needs of the business.

·Create and execute daily provider schedules based on staffing and patient needs.

·Review daily schedules for accuracy and release schedules when final.

·Map out provider and patient locations and availability to create a daily route for the providers.

·Communicate effectively with the department through email about provider’s schedule status, leads to call, and any daily assignments.

·Place reminder calls to patients with upcoming appointments.

Calls are recorded for quality assurance and compliance.
