Property Manager Jobs

Immediate Manager position position available! Looking for a candidate with recent experience in affordable and low income housing. Must be passionate about serving our community by providing an exceptional living experience to our residents.
Requirements:

1. Must have 2 or 5 years' experience as a property manager in low income and affordable/ tax credit property
2. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
3. Must possess a strong working knowledge of multifamily property management including but not limited to Fair Housing laws and regulations, Tax Credit, Affordable Housing, Section 8, resident relations, leasing, rent collections, eviction procedures, accounting principles and the use of accounting software and property safety
4. Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
5. Market the property through community outreach and by focusing on target markets
6. Participate and oversee the leasing of apartments and ensure that occupancy rates are maintained
