Job Description

Property Administrator


  • Tenant communications, tracking service requests
  • Supporting a commercial office building
  • Communicate closely with building engineers and technicians
  • This is a busy environment - must be able to multitask
  • Requires a high level of customer service and catering to tenants
  • Maintain certificates of insurance (COIs)
  • Coordinate vendor and service provider access


Requirements

1+ years of commercial property management support

Software experience with MRI Accounting Software, and AvidXchange, a plus

Proficiency with MS Office Suite
