Home improvement and repair company is looking for an Office Manager/Project Coordinator in Austin, TX. They are looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working, great communicator who is a master of time management. The job is centered on customer service, which includes making and answering phone calls, answering, and sending emails and texts, and interacting with customers, craftsmen, and other service professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with a remarkable experience
- Proactively represent company primarily through telephone contact by answering and making calls, setting service and sales appointments, targeting inactive accounts to generate new sales opportunities, and following up with customers on various issues
- Work directly with technicians to help develop job estimates, send estimates to customers, and follow up accordingly to schedule the work.
- Maintain technician's schedules and communicate any changes immediately to our customers
- Keep customer records and database current
Requirements:
- Highly organized, confident, and detailed oriented.
- Working with Sub-Contractors: 2 years (Required)
- Ability to manage many calls to prospective clients per day
- Account/Project Coordinating: 2 years (Required)
- Knowledgeable of the home services or construction industry a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer applications and ability to navigate internal software programs post training period
- Demonstrable experience in telephone sales or related field
- Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
- Customer service focused – understands the need, solves problems, and responds in a timely and efficient manner
- Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
