Job Description

***This is a HYBRID Contract Opportunity for 3-4 Months in Austin, Texas***


Project Coordinator:

  • Work with the RVP & Area Admin Manager/Operations Manager to order SWAG materials for each acquisition close
  • Create & maintain project management tracking (procedural tasks) in Foley/HighQ and Teams, in collaboration with M & A team
  • Schedule project meetings based on agreed upon dates/timelines
  • Manage acquisition projects and continuous improvement activities requiring extensive collaboration with leaders throughout the organization
  • Lead change management processes involving key projects as assigned
  • Create and track Docusign approvals per project, as assigned
  • Provide analytical support to key projects and initiatives as required including lessons learned trend analysis

Knowledge and Skill:

  • Experience within the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Foster open collaboration and constructive dialogue with everyone around you.
  • Focus on superior outcomes, and calibrate work processes for outstanding results.
  • Continuously innovate new solutions, influencing and responding to change.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management
  • Act with integrity in all ways and at all times, remaining honest, transparent, and respectful in all relationships.
  • M & A full cycle project management experience preferred
  • Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills
