We are looking to add an experience Project Superintendent with strong multi-family background & projects under their belt.

What You Will Be Doing

• Prepare & coordinate project site
• Conduct preconstruction & construction meetings onsite
• Plan & coordinate day to day project schedule & activities
• Take ownership & responsibility of the jobsite
• Develop & maintain good relationship with all members on jobsite

What You Need for this Position

• Strong leadership skills
• 3+ multi-family projects completed from start to finish
• 5+ years of Superintendent experience
