A Marketing Project Manager must be able to understand the scope of the work at Sack Lunch Agency, our deliverables, the satisfaction of our clients and they must have to not just deliver on time, but make sure things are done in the right way to ensure successful projects.

There are many moving parts. Our agency handles our clients' branding, design, printing, and fulfillment. Each job requires the PM to open the job, follow it in our CMS (Asana), communicate with the designers and the client, and ensure that it gets through the production department and delivered to the client on-time and in exceptional condition.

***Must be very detail oriented, comfortable speaking to clients and well-written***

Expectations of the PM are to:

• Plan, manage and execute projects from beginning to end
• Schedule deadlines, communicate with clients and carry out other supervisory responsibilities
• Ensure all marketing assets are on-brand and aligned with the global business strategy
• Work with brand managers and/or senior staff to collect deadlines, budgets, objectives, etc.
• Understand the company, its products and customer base in order to create effective marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the Designers and Production/Fulfillment Team
