PROJECT MANAGER
We are looking for a Project Manager to plan, organize, and direct the completion of specific projects for our clients. The Project Manager’s role is to develop strong relationships with clients, answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with our teams (account manager, marketing strategist, digital ads, email marketing, web dev, SEO, etc) to improve the entire customer experience.
Our niche is working with clients in the outdoor and hunting industry. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills AS WELL AS knowledge in the digital marketing world and outdoor adventure and hunting worlds.

Responsibilities
- Adjust schedules and targets on projects as needs change.
- Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple departments are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
- Perform quality control on projects throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with internal teams (digital ads, email marketing, web dev, seo, account management, strategist).
- Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options of how to progress with projects.
- Create long and short term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
- Delegating project tasks to teams/employees.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to account manager(s) and administration.
Qualifications
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Excellent time management skills
- 1 year experience in digital marketing
- Ability to interpret instructions and critical thinking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
