Project Management Support - Logistics

NextGen Federal Systems is seeking a Project Management Support - Logistics to provide engineering and technical services to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Operational Technology Division (OTD), Radio Engineering Unit (REU) in Quantico, Virginia.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and track logistic project schedules, for on-going and upcoming radio projects.
• Develop and maintain radio logistic progress spreadsheets and graphics for program briefings and management, as needed.
• Assist in preparation of reports for the FBI and other organizational entities, as required.
• Provide project management support for radio logistic projects to include transition and migration process.
• Provide technical writing expertise drafting briefings, Standard Operating Plans (SOP) and various elements of radio projects.
• Develop and maintain radio logistic documents.
• Track progress of project risks and employ/monitor risk mitigation strategies.
• Assist in planning and coordination efforts of the FBI through requirements analysis, system design, and concept of operations, as needed.

Requirements:

• Education – Preferred BS degree in Business Management or Logistics focused or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training, or work experience.
• Experience – Requires minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience as Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Top Secret security clearance
