Bachelor¿s Degree with a concentration on International Business and Project Management or related field, or equivalent experience.

Manages the receiving and releasing process of owner supplies at on site new build warehouses.

Extensive working knowledge of international and domestic transportation including ocean, truck and air.

Extensive knowledge of all export documentation practices and procedures.

2 years project management experience

3 years project management experience is preferred

Reduce execution times and costs through effective management of resources, clear communication, and coordination with operations and business teams.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in logistics, business management or technical field is preferred

5 years Logistics experience in one or more of the key disciplines (Transportation, Customer Service, DC Ops or Customer Supply Chain)

Excellent organizational, planning, communication, listening and analytical skills

Prepare project logistics schedules in cooperation with Engineering, Purchasing, Quality Control, Materials Management, and Construction disciplines.

Provide PMT and senior Procurement management with consistent reports on the status of an assigned project.

Perform on-location management of transport and logistics activities, as needed.

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the Contract.

Monitor and report on project progress to senior management

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, business administration, engineering)

Experience – Requires minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience as Project Management Professional (PMP)

Develop and maintain radio logistic progress spreadsheets and graphics for program briefings and management, as needed.

Provide project management support for radio logistic projects to include transition and migration process.

Assist in planning and coordination efforts of the FBI through requirements analysis, system design, and concept of operations, as needed.

Assist in preparation of reports for the FBI and other organizational entities, as required.

Provide technical writing expertise drafting briefings, Standard Operating Plans (SOP) and various elements of radio projects.

Bachelor's degree. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, a combination of education and Siemens relevant work experience will be considered,

Setting you apart from others would be knowledge in SAP and SharePoint and experience with Power BI and Automation process.

Support Projects in development, calculation and implementation of logistics contingency measures, gains alignment on project prioritization and requirements.

A minimum of 2 years relevant logistics project work experience,

Excellently demonstrated verbal and written communication skills,

Maintain, update, communicate relevant information (regarding delivery schedules, transit lead times and contract information) from suppliers, procurement, and logistic service provider.

At least 3-5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain management required (Finance, Planning, Engineering, or Logistics a plus)

Leadership of the cross functional team for a DC startup, responsible for the overall project management and team coordination.

Responsible for change management and system updates

Responsible for the identification, development, monitoring and application of project management methodologies, best practices and standards.

At least 3 years of Logistics experience

Ideally have 1-3 years’ experience managing major projects
