Project Estimator Jobs

The Estimator is responsible for estimating the cost of projects and managing the entire project lifecycle from bid to close. This position will be responsible for estimating projects, reviewing estimates with the Project Manager, and working with our internal team to complete the project.

• Review estimates with the Project Manager.
• Provide estimates to customers in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy.
• Ensure that all estimates are accurate and complete.
• Perform estimates for multiple projects.
• Ensure that all estimates are reviewed by our team on a regular basis to ensure that we are meeting our customer’s expectations on time and within budget.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Perform Estimating tasks such as preparing estimates, collecting information, analyzing data, and providing additional estimates as needed.
• Ensure that all estimates are reviewed with the Project Manager and that the estimate is reviewed with other departments before it is submitted to the customer.
• Assist in the selection of new customers and re-estimation of projects for those customers.
• Estimate projects from start to finish.
• Work with our internal team to complete projects.

This position is Monday to Friday and the option to work overtime as needed. The ideal candidate will have some experience in a construction estimating role or is willing to learn this role well enough to provide accurate estimates and have a good attitude about working with customers!
