Job Description

Our client are recognized as one of the top developers and builders across the US and are now looking to add to their Dallas, TX division a Lead Estimator.


Description:


  • Provide cost reduction ideas
  • Build relationships with contractors and assess market conditions
  • Develop competitive bids for new work
  • Verify material quantities
  • Train and oversee other estimators
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and conceptual estimates for new projects


Qualifications:


  • Proficient use estimating software
  • B.A. or B.S.in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of estimating experience on large multifamily projects


On offer:


$100,000 - $150,000 base salary
