Requirements

• Ability to take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances, under little or no supervision.
• Capable of ensuring action items are clear and followed through, regardless of stakeholder seniority.
• Clear and concise communication, documentation , presentations to yourprogrammanagerand leads, and timely escalations of potential risks.
• Knowledge of Agile development practices; prior experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma analytical techniques.
• 5+ years ofprojectmanagementexperience with partners withinProgram/Product/Engineering/Sales/Ops organizations .
• Ability to work with teams composed of both technical and non-technical members.
• Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale projects in a product environment from conception through completion.
• Willingness to be hands-on and do whatever is vital.
• Prioritize competing priorities without loss of efficiency or visibility.
• Manage multiple partners at various levels in the organization and work with them all equally, proactively, and transparently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience working in an end-to-end , cross-functional environment with engineering, design, product, sales, ops, andprojectmanagementcounterparts to deliver products/services.

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in Advertising or e-commerce.
• Technical background and knowledge of agile methodologies, scrum formation, and technical tools (e.g. Jira).
• Experience working with difficult partners .
• Experience doing incubation projects or experimentation .
